We represent our players’ collective interests to ensure they are heard and respected by the governing bodies and those making decisions that affect our players and national teams.

We are a passionate and willing voice for players when they feel they are not being heard. We are here to help players resolve disputes that may arise with other stakeholders.

We work in cooperation with other players’ associations and entities across the Pacific and around the world.

We are the players’ collective voice on the International Rugby Players’ Association and various committees.

We participate in World Rugby conferences about matters important to the game.

We develop the collective agreements between our players and our national unions.
