Personal Development Manager - Fiji Drua Women & Fiji Women's National Team

Pacific Rugby Players (PRP) is seeking a passionate and culturally grounded Personal Development Manager (PDM) to support the welfare and development  of players within the Fiji Drua Women and Fiji Women’s National 15s team.

The PDM will play a key role in providing holistic off field support helping players balance rugby, education, family and life after sport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support player wellbeing and mental health

  • Guiding career, education and life skills development.
  • Strengthening connections between Drua and Fiji national women’s programs
  • Building partnerships to create growth opportunities for players.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of Fijian and Pacific cultures.
  • Experience in player welfare, mentoring and education.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Passion for women’s rugby and empowering female athletes.

Role Details:
Location: Nadi, Fiji
Part-time: 20 hours per week
