We’re eagerly seeking a committed Personal Development Manager for our Tongan rugby players. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the guiding force in assisting our rugby players to balance their athletic aspirations with their personal growth and development.
Your mission will be to cultivate their educational goals, enhance career prospects outside of rugby, and impart crucial life skills, paving their way for a smooth transition into professional rugby and beyond. Through group learning, expert sessions, and individual guidance, you will help shape these athletes into well-rounded individuals, on and off the pitch.
